Export of XHZ-Series Gas Generator Set to Russia

XHZ series natural gas generation set is made by WEICHAI series diesel engine for power generation through removing of engine fuel system and adding of gas supply system and relevant devices. This natural gas engine is characterized by compact structure, reliable operation, excellent technical performances in reliability, power, economical efficiency and exhaust emission, quick start-up, easy operation and least maintenance, etc. It has already become a new power source of power generation equipment and is frequently used as a main or standby power source in coal mine, oil field, farm, gas station and other places. In addition, it can be fueled by natural gas, methane and biomass gas, etc.

This is a 100KW/125KVA gas Generator Set. We are equipped with Weichai gas engine, Stanford generator and Dankong ACG150 control system. We have carried out strict pressure tests in the power range of 0-25-50-75-100 in the factory, and have carried out strict tests on voltage, frequency and distortion rate. We have also carried out data tests on the intake valve group. After all of them are qualified, they are sent to the project site in Russia for use.
