The minimum order quantity for customised orders is two units. The standard production lead time is 15 to 25 days. Our silent canopy enclosures are manufactured with steel panels that undergo a complete pre-treatment process, with box panel thickness ranging from 1.8 to 2.0 mm, ensuring robust structural strength. The surface is coated with an epoxy zinc-rich primer, achieving a coating thickness of 80 to 120 microns, which delivers excellent corrosion resistance and salt-spray protection, making it suitable for harsh environments including coastal climates. The canopy features a split-type base fuel tank with a plate thickness of 4 to 6 mm, supporting continuous operation for 8 hours or more. Upper lifting points are provided for easy overhead handling, and forklift slots are integrated for convenient ground movement. All hinges and door locks are constructed from stainless steel materials, guaranteeing long-term reliability and resistance to rust and wear.
